Flyboost issues

Hey, doing a commissioned show tonight in the UK and they want a twitter feed on screen while im not doing my bit. Grabbed flyboost which looks great but getting a distorted output... anyone got any ideas what i can do to fix it? they're not replying to email/tweets so hoped one of the regular users on here might know whats up
