Extended main monitor

Merry Christmas.

Is there a way to incorporate a portable laptop monitor extension screen into mix emergency work flow.

I'm looking at getting this http://www.packedpixels.com/

They say it's thunderbolt screen with no lags.

I'm trying to get more space on my main laptop screen especially to read my Serato library.

I will like to park the Mix Emergency control screen eg previews and preset banks etc on this screen.
