Recording Using the Rev7

Hi There

So I'm trying to record a video set using version 3.5.3 and the audio drop down will show the Rev7, Serato Virtual Audio, and the Built In Mic but I'm getting no signal from the Rev or and S/V/A. Always got it with no problem on my SX2/SX3 so is this just because of the new hardware? Is there a setting I missed? Thanks so much in advance!
