Recording with Mixer S9 using a PLX 1000

Dear, good afternoon! I would like some support on how to record using Pioneer's S9 and mixing with the PLX 1000, because on the SX Controller it works perfectly, when recording using the PLX1000, when it saves, the video is recorded but it does not come with the clip's audio .
