Im new to MixEmergency and I am trying to evaluate the software. If I can get the software to record video, I am going to purchase. I am using a Pioneer DDJ-SB3 with a new MacBook Pro. When I go to record, the only options I have for Device are Default and MacBook Microphone. Please help. Thanks

Ola a todos! Estou tendo um problema e tanto com meu reprodutor de video MixEmergency.
Ha algumas semanas ele vem aparecendo a seguinte mensagem.

RELATORIO DE PROBLEMAS MIX EMERGENCY
MIXEMERGENCY ENCERROU INESPERADAMENTE

Por favor espero a ajuda de voces para resolver.
estou usando o seguinte setup.

Serato DJ 1.9.8
MacBook Pro 13 mid 2012
2,5 Core i5
10GB RAM
INTEL HD GRAPHICS 4000 1536MB

Videos Not Playing

I have this issue, when I try playing videos from my external drive they only show a blank screen but if I load the videos on my internal drive they work just fine.What could be the problem?

Presets Import Problem

Hello Nick,

I exported some presets and the files are named as below :
SHAKE.PresetFXSequenceBank
RECTANGLES.PresetFXSequenceBank
KALEIDO.PresetFXSequenceBank
EFFECTS.PresetFXBank
FLASH.PresetFXSequenceBank

After reinstalling my OS i can't reimport them on ME 3.1 nor 3.2 beta.
Please help. I've put a lot of work on these.

How I can record the audio?

I download and use ME as demo version.
When I tried to do recording
I can't record the audio.
I tried to choose divice setting
but select only "Built in audio.
I couldn't find "Record Audio" check box same as Video Tutorial
please let me know.

I have a mid 2014 MBP Retina
Serato DJ Pro
Mix Emergency
(everything is updated to the latest version except for the firmware for my pioneer DDJ-SZ)

So here lies the problem and hopefully someone can help me

I’ve just upgraded to Mojave 2 weeks ago.
(I had High Sierra prior and never had an issue)

Everything works fine at home and at the venue about 2 WEEKS AGO.

AND THEN 1 week later, I started experiencing audio drop outs.

This ONLY happens when the HDMI cord is plugged in with Serato Dj pro & Mix Emergency running.

But when the hdmi cord is UNPLUGGED with Serato DJ pro & Mix Emergency running, It works fine.!!!!

(Side note, when I tested it at home with the hdmi cord plugged into a regular pc monitor and my TV, it works fine with Serato DJ pro & Mix Emergency running)

(The venue has TV’s ran through a splitter going to 8 TV’s, maybe something is funky with the venues OLD tv splitter not getting along with my NEW hdmi software?)

Any ideas what is going on here folks?

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT, OR ELSE IM GOING BACK TO HIGH SIERRA OS.

I there i was running ME3.1.1 on my old MBP but it crashed about a week ago. So i recently purchased a new laptop but having trouble activating ME3 again. Ive only got my old ME2 licence. How do i upgrade without having to pay again?

Mixers that work with MixEmergency

Note: This is not a list of all mixers that will work with MixEmergency - only ones that users have tested and reported here.

I thought I'd start this discussion due to the number of questions/e-mails I get about this topic. I'll also post mixers that are MIDI capable that may not work as expected with MixEmergency under the "MIXERS THAT ARE NOT RECOMMENDED" title.

So, if possible, could you post:
1. The mixer you're using.
2. How the mixer connects to your computer (does it need a MIDI hub, or can it be connected via USB).
3. If the mixer works well with MixEmergency (if not, what problems the mixer has).

I'll edit/update this first post with all the info.

ME2 will not connect to Serato DJ Pro. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times. I have searched here for a thread that might help can not find any. Any of you have any ideas or can point me in the right direction?

Video exportation error

Hi there I have been getting this frequent error lately when I try to render a 50 minutes video mix. The error code is Export - 36. Tried to lower my cache to around 200 MB and freed like 100GB of space in my mac Hdd. What might be the probable problem?

Changing video to channel 3/4

Hi is there anyway to change my primary channels to 3/4 as primary as that’s my dvs and if I want video to play it needs to be changed
