cpu meter redlines when i use video

Im using 2.7.1 mix emergency, i know its old but it works fine with me. well it used to until this.
Ok, the problem I'm having is, every time i start using video on mixemergency or serato dj video, the computer meters jumps to redline in the serato dj computer meter... I've optimized video resolution, latency etc.... and it keeps jumping to redline on the serato dj computer meter. When i switched to mp3s only, the computer meter goes way down... I use a 2gb wd external hd also.

Resolume Arena x ME
Video Family!
In dire need of wisdom.
Needing to split two video outputs, into 4 separate screens, 4 different images.
Two outputs:
ME output from HDMI
Arena output from thunderbolt
I've youtubed and googled endlessly the past few days.
Can't figure out how to Syphon. Or slice.

It's that time of the year again where we ask the question. Is Mixemergency High Sierra compatible?

@nick Any chance of creating more downloads for FX presets and FX Sequencer Presets.
It will be nice to have properly done ones, the ones I did are kinda ratchet and I'm often just using the stock ones.
I will especially like combo ones that are based over song structure eg a one shot build up strobes and the drop.
Or can you just create a sticky post where we can share stuff

Mixemergency running really choppy with High Sierra 10.13.4 & Serato Dj Pro & my Roland 505.
Not sure what's causing the problem but I'm running 10.13.3 on my other computer and ME runs fine. Are there know issues with 13.4 & higher? I was thinking of upgrading but not sure if it will make the problem worse, or do I need to downgrade back to 13.3 or do something in my settings?

Feature Request: Audio Reactive FX/FX sequencer using mic/line in
I often use ME in stand alone to do visuals at small events.
It will be nice if there is a way for ME to guess the BPM of audio via the Macs mic or line in. This will be helpful for doing visuals for live bands and guest djs.
I know I can do this is Resolume etc.

NO AUDIO RECORDING
I know there are a few discussions regarding this but I have tried everything that is on the other discussions to try and get audio to my recordings! I can't get the input level to show up from my controller not the recording menu! My controller is showing up but no audio level is reading or coming out on the exported recording. HEEEEELP!

GLITCH MIX ER with Serato Pro 2.0.3
Ive been using ME3.1.1 and I tried using ME3.2 Beta to see if it got better but it keeps losing connection and changes from Serato control to internal ME control. Once i notice i hit the button to go back to Serato control and it keeps reverting. But its very distracting and it become annoying to deal with for 5 hour event using video. I truly love using MIX ER and all of the features Im enjoying. PLEASE DON'T LET ME HAVE TO use Serato Video, PLEASE!! Im using MacOSX High Sierra MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012) 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 with a 1_TB SSD drive / GRAPICS: NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 512 MB / Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Crossfader and Upfaders Issues.
Hi Nick,
Before upgrading to ME 2.1.0 & SL 2.4.2 I had installed an Innofader Crossfader in my TTM 57SL. I had adjusted the audio curve real tight where all I had to do was brush my fingers across the fader to have the audio cut in and out. The video would not cut so I moved the Fader Cut Distance Slider to about 3% in the Preferences/Transitions area to match the tight audio curve. This was perfect because all I had to do was brush my fingers across the fader and have the audio and Smash SE cut in and out really quickly.
Now since the ME/SL upgrade I still have the nice tight audio curve but there is not enough adjustment in the Fader Cut Distance Slider. With this Slider at 0% the video won't start to cut until I move the Crossfader another centimeter in. If this slider could go the the other way with a negative percentage I could have this matched perfectly again.
Another issue I'm having is my upfaders when all the way down don't completely transition out that channel. It's seem to be intermittent. My upfaders are the OEM faders and I have the Upfader button pushed on the ME Control Window.

How to get serato dj pro window and ME window together
how do i get both windows to be on my mac at the same time. when i click on Serato dj ME will disappear. i would have to go to the bottom and select it.

Auto graphs select in ME
in serato video if the song didnt have a video to it, it would auto select a visual from the media folder to for fill the song with a video graphic. how do i do this with ME?

Video Output not matching Audio
Hello,
I am attempting to output my video mix at (1280x720 - Best Quality, Fast Encode, 29.97 FPS)
The issue is when I try to lay my video on top of the audio, the video does not matchup to what I recorded in real time. It is like it is getting stretched.
Any suggestions?

MixEmergency crash with Serato DJ Pro MBP 2017
Hello, last Saturday I was playing on 2 Rane twelves, a Rane 72, with Serato dj pro with a maxed out 2017 mbp.
All the latest firmware updates etc.. on everything.
All was going good until I hit the "Scroll Text" feature in ME.
About 1 minute later the audio fizzed out slowly to complete silence.
I had to restart everything, opened up all BUT ME and finished the night.
I've been using ME since it came out non stop and never had any issues.
There were nights before this BIG crash, where it would freeze but never crashed like this.
Here are the error messages that I got from the /var/log/system.log
